Dual Temperature Pressing (DTP), Extra Compression System (ECS) and Surface Levelling Cipher (SLC) all under one roof, thus delivering Triple Powered Plywood.
InterWood range uses state-of-the-art Dual Temperature Pressing that produces the highest quality plywood. Dual Temperature Pressing distributes glue evenly between the layers. The additional time allowed for absorption of glue allows it to percolate to the molecular depth of wood layer & hence results into ultimate bonding strength. It also increases the sheer strength, nail holding strength, modulus of elasticity, durability and longevity.
InterWood plywood range is made using Surface Leveling Cipher- Indigenously developed process to ensure relative uniform thickness, clean & flawless finish. Sanded with the high quality machines, Surface Leveling Cipher is the ultimate answer to the problems of poorly finished plywood available in the market. At InterWood, components like the base and face are sanded and cold pressed on hi-tech machines before high density cross linked polymer glue resins are applied for perfect bonding in the layers. This indigenous cipher provides multiple quality improvements such as no glue spots, virtually zero gradient with no gaps & a superior aesthetic finish.

InterWood Plus is the only brand in India to bring to fore the avant-garde Extra Compression System. This system uses state of the art hydraulic based compression system tomore wood in the same thickness of the plywood. This packs in more wood per sq. cm at higher density. Higher density means higher strength and hence better performance of plywood. It also ensures better stability, better glue strength, and more durability on all virtually testing parameters.
